Stansted Park is a stunning historic house, formerly the home of the Earls of Bessborough, set on the edge of the South Downs between Chichester and Portsmouth. The State Rooms are newly refurbished and offer a unique setting for an exceptional private dining experience.

Working with experienced local partners to provide you and your guests with a very special evening to remember. Stansted Park has combined with the Downing Street caterers, Mesdames Green & Graham, to bring you fine dining in the stunning surroundings of this gracious West Sussex Country Mansion. Debbie Green and Juliet Graham are both passionate about creating the ultimate fine dining experience and have developed a unique selection of seasonal menus using only the choicest locally sourced ingredients.

Hermitage Cellars, an independent wine merchant, is based in Emsworth and owned by wine writer and, in his words “wine raconteur” Alistair Gibson. Alistair comes from a catering background; he understands food and has a particular passion for locally sourced ingredients and matching dishes with wines that have a “story to tell”. Hermitage Cellars mainly supplies the local restaurant trade and private customers. Alistair has put together a short, seasonally changing wine list to accompany this unique dining experience and is always happy to discuss wines as well as lead wine tastings based around fine dining at Stansted Park.

Catering available for up to fifty guests in the Drawing Room at Stansted Park; whether for an anniversary, a birthday, or other family celebration. Private corporate events can also be arranged.
